Zero Balancing session

Zero Balancing sessions will be offered by EIU’s Dr. Misty Rhoads in the library’s Edgar Room. During the sessions, participants will remain fully clothed and lay face up on a massage table while Rhoads works with pressure points in the body to help relieve body aches, release stress and boost well-being.
